Ralph Mulder works in the international corporate advisory practice and and heads the Dutch legal desk of Donahue & Partners LLP since January 2019.

He advises in, amongst other things, the supervising and assisting of international tax driven restructuring projects and/or financing projects for multinational companies.

Additional information

Ralph graduated at Amsterdam’s Free University with a master’s degree in corporate law. In May 2011 he was admitted as an attorney-at-law to the Dutch Bar.

Before moving to Chicago Ralph worked at the Dutch legal desk in New York for 4 years.
